25 years of creativity, storytelling and helping ideas come alive
For over 25 years, I have helped organisations, communities and individuals communicate their ideas through storytelling, creativity and meaningful connection.
From global organisations and creative projects to my work today as an author and workplace disability coach, I’ve always been driven by the same thing: helping people find clarity, connection and possibility.
My work has always sat at the meeting point of people and ideas listening carefully, finding the story, asking the right questions and creating communication that feels human. Whether through digital projects, interviews, written content or creative collaborations, I bring curiosity, energy and a deep belief that every person and organisation has a story worth sharing.
CEMS 35th Anniversary - Amplified online
Before
CEMS wanted to mark their 35th anniversary in style, but their main website wasn't the place for a CEMSational party.
So what they needed was a busy celebratory, story stuffed mini-zine website.
After
I created a vibrant new website, a series of anniversary campaign themes - 12 for each month and conducted engaging interviews with CEMS alumni and leaders around the globe. The result? A cohesive, celebratory brand moment that reconnected their international network.

About Vibrancy and Me
Hi, I’m Lorraine.
I’m a storyteller, communicator, author and workplace disability coach with over 25 years of experience helping people and organisations share ideas, create connection and communicate with purpose.
My journey has taken me across cultures and continents, shaped by my Chilean-British heritage and experiences living in Indonesia, France, Spain and the UK.
Throughout my career, I have worked with global organisations, NGOs, magazines, creative communities and individuals, always bringing together creativity, curiosity and a passion for understanding people.
Today, I bring those same skills into my work as a workplace disability coach, supporting people to co-create ways of working and living that are sustainable, meaningful and possible.
Because behind every project, organisation and person is a story and those stories matter.
